Last-minute preparations? Hmmmm…. no matter how you celebrate this holiday season, here is another wonderful recipe from Vanessa Jean Boscarello Ovens from Australia - a treat to yourself, your family, friends and others!


This is a simple dish that can be eaten for dessert, morning/afternoon tea, or even breakfast! Crumble is a nourishing, warming treat that can be had any time of the year. Lean into the seasonal harvest; when rhubarb is abundant, the different apples, pears, stone fruits and berries – all will add life, colour, and love to your table. Whether you eat dairy or not, this is a healthy and sustaining side accompaniment or standalone dish. Adapt the fruits in this to the seasons. When you eat seasonally, your body thrives!
